This question has to do with the job description and personal oppinion about what you think LOGISTICS should be. There are many diffrent ideas on the list of jobs that logistics may have to do. ex: signage, site map, (what where when) things should be added to site. This is to just pick a few. What I would like to ask are some oppinions about what everyone else may think the job should entail. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanx Jayson

Answers

I think that pre-festival, Logistics is really Site stuff. As soon as the festival starts; Logistics is the committee that enacts guidelines for parking, camping, noise, etc. that Site has set down.

So, if those involved with Logistics have ideas about site layout, signage, or any of the like, they should approach the Site Committee.
