Meet at the Corps project office parking lot for some informal O' practice on the Clinton State Park map. I will be there at 1:45 p.m. and the plan is to begin running at 2:00 p.m.

Bring $1 for a map.

If you plan to attend, send me an email -- meglin@juno.com -- no later than noon on Saturday. I need to know if you are coming in order to prepare enough maps.

This will be a very low-key practice. I'll draw a course and we'll run it. We may go as a group (perhaps taking turns leading?).

The practice is for orienteers with some experience. It is not for beginners.

If you have any questions, post them here and I'll try to answer them.

Seven of us made it to the practice: Gene, Eric, Jonathon, Tori, Dick, Fritz and me. We were out a bit over two hours. I probably should have set the course a little bit shorter. It would have been nice to be back at the cars 15-20 minutes sooner.
