I am looking for recipes using stevia the green dried powered (home grown ) type. How much would you add to bread to use instead of honey ? thanks D

I am growing stevia for the first time this year. I purchased seed from Parks catalog. The seedlings are in the cotyledon stage. I am very curious about the claims made for stevia and would love to here your experiences with this sugar substitute especially as far as it heat stability and sweetness are concerned.
