I doubt that she does. She may have taken a class in college, but this site looks like it was made by some young male who attempted to copy the information out of a text book. One of the Silicon atoms has a vacancy for an electron. It creates an a hole that contributes to the conduction process at all temperatures.

Most likely he repeated the "an" and "a" in error. The HOLE is what is left after one electron moves ISN'T IT?????

Charles, Yes. I am not saying the information is wrong, I think it was copied and placed with picture of britney for intertainment value, not something she wrote from personal knowledge. She could very well have learned this type of information in school. The draw to the information is her pictures. Hey if it works to get some guys to read (and learn) it, better still :o)
