when i create video file in form of mpeg i can not play on v-cd player some directories are not create by me.

capture your video to AVI format, then use 'avi2vcd' encoder program to convert avi file to the correct mpeg1 format acceptable to 'Nero Burning Rom', then use 'Nero' to create your Video CD, it works well. Best of luck.
