It is indeed with great sadness that the news of the Rev Isaac Legolie's passing on is received. He has indeed been a stalwart in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. A builder, a man of God concerned with the work and progress of the Master rather than his own achievements. Many a sacrifice was made in order to present unto God his best, even when building a fine edifice of two for the Lord. One by one their seats were emptied... one by one they were called back home. the young man asked the prophet just to leave his cloak as he departed to the Lord. Those of us who remain behind ... are we big enough to for a while concentrate less on our achievements and make a better effort for the fullness of the calling we were called to. To the Legolie and extended family our sinere condolences... may we be conforted by the one exciting thought ... blessed are those who die in the Lord
