No kidding... the day it happened, it was on every news station, every other story (since that McDonald's is in Newport News). You couldn't get away from the thing.

One cool thing though is that I heard a PeTA rep say he bet there would be more vegetarians as a result. Yee ha.

How much money could you possibly get for a friggin chicken head? It's not like eating a chicken head will kill you or anything -- people in other countries eat them, I believe. I have no idea what countries, but you see my point.

You could probably get a lot of money for a chicken head, from *mcdonald's*. Remember that case where some stupid woman spilled coffee on herself and weasled like a million dollars from mcdonald's? And that was just coffee.

the reason that women won with the coffee case was because mcdonalds kept their coffee so extremely hot, even though there were so many other cases, because it saved them money or something like that. sooo yeah. you probably could get money for a chicken head, but how do you know she didn't cook up the chicken head at home and bring it in? hahaha

Katie asked "how much could get from a chickenhead?"... Well, with the right lawyer, a good amount. Thus is the sad state of affairs in the United States where everyone is lawsuit happy. Most corporations, rather it be MDs, pepsi or whatever, are more than willing to pay up to keep potentially damaging information getting out into the public. It's cheaper to pay off someone than to lose millions in mcnugget sales. Think about it:P

Now, someone else asked do MDs sell chicken wings? The answer is that some actually do, there's some that sell whole fried chickens like KFC does...

A few years ago, there was a rumor going around that somebody went to the Hardee's in Lebanon and ordered a chicken sandwich or something. They ordered it without mayonnaise, but when they started eating it, there was mayonnaise on it. So they took it back up to get another one. Turns out, it wasn't mayonnaise, it was pus from a tumor or something in the chicken.
