I would be interested in sharing the results of your research.
I am an architect in a medium-sized practice, struggling with varying personal approaches within a creative field. This presents extreme pressures on productivity, with difficulty in defining levels of responsibility and appropriate behaviour.
My thought was to develop a set of agreed rules and appropriate behaviours around which the day-to-day operations could be structured. This allows specific autonomies within agreed limits, while assuring compliance with agreed principles.
