This is going to be a l-o-n-g post. What can I say? It’s a big story.

I spent a year and a half prepping for Y2K. Here we are almost a year later and I think it is safe to say that for the most part Y2K was a worldwide non-event. The negative scenarios did not happen. The infrastructure held. The key sectors that we depend on continued to function. We had power, water, and food. There appear to have been problems with refineries and pipelines but I think it is safe to say that life went on as usual post rollove

Lingering question for me Charlie. Was it fixed or if nothing at all had been done would the areas you list have been on their knees or just more inconvienced? In short, did it exist at all to the point of potential armageddon? Offer this question as an olive twig. Hope you can take it seriously and resond.
