Nokia 5110 HELP!!!!greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread |
Somebody sent me a Budweiser "TRUE" operator's logo for my phone, these things replace your Vodaphone or Orange logo on the main screen, I know now!!Anyway I decided to save it for future use but it has saved itself as my main screen Operator's logo.
Anyone got any clues as to how to ditch it?

Pobably the silliest suggestion your likely to get, but have you tried simply switching it off for about five minutes and see if it clears.I had a really weird screen on my mobile a while back....and thought it was
f**kedbroken but when I let the battery run dead it seemed to clear it.......fundemental and stupid I know, but worth a try and it won't cost you nowt.

I e-mailed the Budweiser web site and they sorted it out. A good example of customer care.

Sorry I've only just seen this.....there isn't actually a setting i the nokia phone which allows you to delete these once they've been sent, the only way around it is to get the logo of the service provider sent again, I can send em to ya if you give me your phone number.
