Almost all rural feed stores sell egg cartons, or can order them for you, they run 15 cents a piece here. Tell all family and friends to save them for you! Annie in SE OH.

Try your feed store for egg cartons. If that fails, here's some suppliers:

Or depending upon how many you need, the local grocery stores like to recycle consumers' egg cartons and you can then get them for FREE!

We had good luck with the eggcarton website for buying new cartons, but I like to recycle egg cartons to my customers here at work. I give them a 10-cent discount if they bring me an empty! I have no worries about running out of cartons now! dh in nm

The people who buy our eggs save the cartons for us & we get them back the next trip to town. We always have plenty because lots of folks are always giving us a few.

YIKES! How many do you need? I had the same problem for a while. I could buy them for 10 cents each, but that cuts into the "profit"! I now have more than I can use, since the local recycling center saves them for me. It's the ultimate recycling - never has to be processed. Try the recycling folks. If that doesn't work, let me know. I'll bet I can ship my "free" cartons to you for less than the 10 cents you'd have to pay. Let me know if I can help! GL!

Just be aware that 're-used' cartons do not meet requirements for legal sales in most states, due to possible contamination and incorrect info on the carton because you recycled it. If you will be inspected, please buy new ones.
