I have revised the Materials Request Form so that you can now see a list of materials that are available and simply type in the number that you need. When you finish and hit the "submit" button, you should get a confirmation screen. If not, then your order didn't get through, try again.

Please note that some items are in short supply, so plan ahead and order early. I also have some microorganism live culture coupons that I will send to each school this week. They will be useful mainly to 8th grade teachers.
