I'd like to know what kind of data people have on building a virtual team into a business model. Our business is educational research and multimedia development. We are a socially responsible company, doing something about violence, school safety, and basic social and emotional literacy skills for young children via interactive and exciting social and emotional learning (SEL) content.

We're interested in hearing how business plans/business models can be constructed to fund a socially responsible company whose mission is both for-profit and non-profit at the same time!

Thanks for anything on virtual teams you might find noteworthy. Our experience is quite exciting, but we are still not fully-operational.
