Hi. I'm researching Team processes as a facet of Organizational Behaviour. I'm looking for any and all information related to team building.

Specifically, does anybody have horror stories about disfunctional teams and success stories about well-functioning ones? Also, statistics: what are the general success/failure rates of team work in US/Canada?

Anything that anyone could provide would be hugely appreciated.
