Have you ever dyed your hair? If so, what happened? (I used Kool-aid once at a Model UN confrence in high school...)

too many times to count and each time there was a different reaction some were good esp the neon pink combo of extra bleach platinum blonde and pink lemonade kool aid, the black cherry was cool too, not to mention the fabulous dye job i got from sarah for Fool for Love,which was a hands down success, of course that was after 2 complete failures on the part of someone else to do the same thing- thank gods for sarah and there have been other times where i wasted a day coloring it only to have it turn out the same dish water blah it is.

First, I think you should thank Kaite for my visit to the site - nice link Katie, really. (I'm talking like I know y'all or something. Please.) I dyed my hair Monday ... I'm not entirely sure of the color, but I've been dying/highlighting/etc. my hair since 7th grade and I don't rightly care what color it turns out to be. Honestly, what happened is now whenever I walk into a room, my hair literally screams, "HI! I'M BRIGHT FUCKING RED! LOOK AT ME!"

I'm a chronic hair dyer. I've been dying my hair since the summer of 1996. I've tried to stop dying my hair, but then the roots get to me. I know I could just dye my hair closer to my natural color, but I'm too scared to do that. Scared? I don't know why I'm scared, because really it's ridiculus, but that's the way it is.
