the 19th century!! and to be more specific, 19th century russia. i am absolutely in love with 19th century russian liturature. i don't know if i would really enjoy living during that period as much as i enjoy reading about it... i bet it seems a lot nicer from the comfort of my 21st century american living room.... but that's not the point :)

I love 17th century England and Scotland with it's castles and Bards, a place where chilvery is not dead, of course like Puppy said, the kings and knights adventures are propbobly a lot more enthralling in my heated, furnished apartment!

I don't have the books here to dig into, and don't know if is precisely listed anyhow.

I would like to live in the time that the library was at its peak in Alexandria, Egypt along with the privilege and the knowledge to delve into its very innards.

I would like to go back before time began, to the very beginning of the "primordal soup" and watch the spark of life begin. To see the first creature crawl from the waters and breath the primitive air.

And if I wanted to visit just one slice of time, that would be Neil Armstrong's walk on the moon. To feel, once again, that awe, that immense sense of hope, accomplishment, and pride.......yeah. Go, rocketman, go.
