Wilma, thanks for clearing up the mystery---apparently the cookie crumbs I have found are from the phantom coming by your place for a snack.

What really bugs me from time to time (when I am not ignoring it) is the accumulation of stuff that can't be thrown away - but several years down the road I wonder what on earth made me think it all was so condemned valuable and needed.
