Does anyone know where I can obtain a summary of all the key legislation proposed and passed at GenCon? Is this information available on-line? I raised this issue about six months but now more than two months have passed and I have still not received anything.

The new Doctrine is supposed to be available in September of 2000. It will contain all the updates and additions.
