Well, I wouldn't say there are any books I obsess over, though there are a few books that I will always make sure are part of my collection and they are "Charlie & the Chocolate Factory" "James & the giant Peach" "Where the Sidewalk Ends" "The Giving Tree," ALL Judy Blume books (excpet for the more recent ones, which I never read) and a wonderful book for more young adult readers called "The Westing Game."

A couple of years ago I was sort of obsessed with scouring used book stores to find copies of Judy Blume books. While a new copy isn't that expensive, the old copies tend to have the original covers which are much better than the reprinted copies.

i've read one of the latter judy blume stuff called 'wifey' and boy, it's more than the birds and the bees. run for your money, joan collins! heh.

A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett I collect different editions of it to this day, even all the movie adaptations. I love every word of it. Sara Crewe was my childhood heroine and, if I ever have one, I will name my daughter Sara. How's that for "obsessed"?
