I believe you may be confusing a sales concept for the name of an insurance Company. A corporation/business would purchase an insurance policy on the life of its "key person", so that in the event of that individual's death, the corporation/business would have sufficient cash flow (from the insurance policy proceeds) to be able continue the business, find a replacement "key person", purchase that person's share of the business, etc. In the case of the church, the "key person" would be the pastor. Proceeds from a policy on the life of a Pastor who has died could be used to:help defray costs associated with his/her death, and/or be used to defray costs associated with the relocation of a new Pastor.

In the event there is an Insurance Company by that name, you could check a reference source such as Flitcraft or Best Reports. These are both sources that would list various insurance companies and provide you with pertinent information on the Company such as how long they have been in business, their industry ratings, products provided, Home Office address, etc.
