BBSCLFA Cup Round 2

28 November 1998, Wimbledon, Home, 3-1: Big Dunc's debut. RNG has now picked a sequence of 4 games (not in order thankfully). A terrific debut this. Dunc must have won 23 high balls (against the Wombles!) And flicked each and every one of them over his right shoulder towards the left of goal, and on each and every occasion the cowardly worm called Andersson conspired to run to the right, accidently on purpose. Solano had finally put us ahead in the first half, and the bogs were buzzing with excitement as everyone looked forward to Al getting the knockdowns that Andersson was wasting. In the second half Dunc got fed up with the useless little bastard and scored 2 himself. He automatically ran to the away fans to celebrate the first and was laughing at his own mistake. A titanic performance from the big fella, and you could feel the doom lifting for a bit.

Answers

Wins in the league and cup..wonderful! But we won't be getting carried away, we're still looking over our shoulders at relegation and while a decent cup run is great, league safety is our priority. Teh lads will have to work hard. And may I add the league chairman is a god among men working night and day to make this league one of the best in the world. :-)
