Someone has posted before a url for civil war cooking information. Another posted a url for medieval cookery. Do you know of any other websites that feature information on period cooking? Right now I am looking for information on colonial period cooking, but am also interested in any time period. Thank you.

I think i have found what you are looking for. In archives as i was searching for bread info. I came across the sites for civil war recipes and also medival ones.
