We recently purchased a property from the 2 representatives from Coldwell Banker-Gladstone Lisle, IL. At the time, we never knew, nor was it disclosed on our contract papers that the building owner was also a licensed real estate agent.

Also, we were misrepresented to the specific development of space within the structure.

We also had problems with the licensed real estate agent/owner in regards to vacated the premises in a timely manner. In fact, he occupied 2 suites from closing (March 24, 2000) until just this past week.

Also, there are unpaid utilities and lien on the title from one of the unpaid utilities.

We have been reviewing this with Steve Tinney and Vince Bolger at Coldwell Banker-Gladstone Lisle (630-960-3700), but they don't seem to feel that any of this is a problem.

Please advise on who can assist us.
