Can anyone tell me how many wheelchair users live in Glasgow?

I would like to visit Glasgow with my youngest son, we currently live in Canada and both him and I were born on Glasgow. I havn't any idea how accesible Glasgow is compared to other cities. Can anyone respond to me.
