I have successfully created a VCD which plays straight through. There is only one file in the "start sequence" and it works great (actually much clearer than the VHS version of the same video).

However, when I use the same program to try to create chapters (either using the menu and separate sequences OR just using different files in the start sequence), the VCD doens't play correctly on the same DVD player. It will play the start sequence fine, but then the rest of the sequences are looped, dropped video and nothing at all.

Any suggestions?
