.......and you can't get anything to happen? Well what do you do, apart from turn the sodding thing off and threaten it with what happened to Basil Fawlty's car!

It happened to me a few minutes ago and I pressed every key and every combination of keys I could think of and NOWT! I had to turn the flaming thing off!

You can't have beeb using a computer very long if this comes as a surprise to you.

Switch off, switch on again, and in the annoying few minutes wait in between, content yourself with the knowledge that Bill Gates has earned more than you will in year while you were waiting ....
