Hello I have been doing research on ancestors from the Banff area of northern Scotland and came across the name Affleck while scanning through the 1871 census. In case you are interested, Cecelia Affleck, a grand-daughter, aged 20, who had been born in India and was a British subject, was included in that census. May be a relative of yours! Dina Hanson
