I would like to know the names of some outstanding medium to small size companies that are using teams effectively in a manufacturing process, and what processes are used to reward team performance. Thanks.

Some examples from Chile, Southamirica: Quality Circles awards, individual and group positive feedback from managers, some trip to the worker or team with their families (a little trip-tour with any cost to the workers and their families, please note that I insist in a little but comfortable trip-tour), a good dinner of managers with workers (team) and their families.
