the goat was with her mom for 6 weeks , her bowls are fine , we gave her vitamine shots,yogurt,and the vet wormed her. its like she wont get better or worst. i'm afraid we are going to lose her. P.S she is always acting cold temp. is 102.

If I'm not mistaking, a normal body temp for a goat is supposed to be 102. Have you tried warming it with a little heat lamp? Maybe check into giving it some electrolytes.

Renee, the kid is 6 weeks old? I think I missed something else? Anyway this is a little young to wean, is she eating anything? Hay, grain, drinking water well? If she is not getting the calories that she needs, she will be cold, listless, distended belly. Same type of condition as starving, try feeding her more yogurt, and get her some really nice sweet feed, nothing with animal products in it. I would bet that once she starts eating something she will feel much better. Perhaps try and find an all-grain mix for sheep, with sheep feed you do have to put out loose minerals for her extra copper. Vicki
