Anyone can start a "thread" (called a "question" here), by clicking on the Start a New Question link at top.

As you can see, you can insert HTML, such as I've done with bold, numbered lists, etc. AND you can even insert Urls!

(Plus the entire site is searchable, as a database, via Oracle, if you can appreciate what THAT might mean one day.)

Once anyone has posted a new thread, anyone can reply ...

and you can get the replies via e-mail. But to reply yourself, I think you have to go to the Website... I can add an e-mail-only adjunct easily, if a few people request...
