I don`t know, here`s me thinking I`m so cool whizzing about on the internet, when, in fact, you`ve all left me back in the last century! What with Riks clever antics on the matchday thread, Tony`s really clever moving text, and all this talk about disabling cookies on the `vote for Robson` thread - I`m feeling very inadequate!

The closest I got to disabling my cookies was when I dunked my digestive for too long!!! How do you know how to do all this? Are you all self taught, are is there a course called `How to do really clever things with your computer`? (:o(

Partially what Softie said, and mostly I'm just self-taught net geek(once the IT department got me over my fear of the box and keyboard the first time they landed it on my desk;-))). Also have picked things up from others over the years. I don't know about England, but in the States most communities offer classes on basic internet usage for adults. You can pick up basic html to do the funky things on here, from a variety of sources. A book I've found really helpful is "Visual Quickstart Guide: HTML". It explains things in plain English and gives very specific examples. And a website with some simple tutorials is www.htmlgoodies.com.

Don't be afraid....come over to the dark side Galaxy....be a web geek like the rest of us....bwahahaha >;-))

Aright Ciara - I`ll do it!!!!

Just had a look at the site you suggested - it made me gasp when I first saw it, but, on looking at it closer, it does cater for wuzzeys like me! I shall do the seven day course that they suggest - and who knows what I will be capable of after that!

Now if someone can just tell me how to get into this new e circle chat room, I`ll be laughing. Somehow I`ve managed to join it three times, but don`t seem to get any further! Hey-ho!
