Dear friends, When i convert a dvd movie from 720x756 pal (25 fps) to 720x480(29.9 fps) i see some little pauses (like frame drops) in the final mpg(i use flask+panasonic encoder). how can i solve this problem??? I need to convert my pal films because my pioneer dvd 626D don't let me display a film encoded in PAL with more than 1674 bits/video. But it works ok with 1800 and more in NTSC 720x480 (what a strange player???) I know that it's not a dvd player problem because this pauses appear in windows mpg players too. It seems a bad conversion. Please help me you are my only hope.
