Yep Those were the days. Out of Billings a few miles I used to get up at four and head to the barn with the milk bucket. Ole Hilda would ball her head off if I was 10 minuts late because her tits were to tight. Someone sent me to this newsgroup because they knew I had met "Hawk" in person. According to him he is: " 6'3" and 240 lbs. of solid rock" I giggled when I read that. I know the Internet allows anyone to masquerade as someone they are not, but that whopper is too priceless.The "hawk" that I met was a short, soft, pot-bellied little man who wore a camouflage jacket. He had yellow teeth (from smoking incessantly)and a lot of hair sprouting out of his ears.(the phrase "hung like a hamster" came to mind when I saw him undress)
We get a lot of strange requests here from a lot of strange little men, but his was the strangest (that's why I remember him). I had to tie him to the bed, play some REM song repeatedly, and while he played with himself and I spanked his bony backside, I had to shout "the power's off, the power's off"
After it was (thankfully) over, he let me know that he was a VERY important man in the Y2K world and not to believe anyone that it was over. A creep from beggining to end - he didn't even tip me!

Vaccinations
Vaccines are injections of material that contains weakened amounts of the disease germ that they are meant to protect against. They are said to work by causing the formation of antibodies, which are proteins that defend the body from an invasion by harmful germs. Orthodox medicine contends that we can only be absolved from the peril of infection by vaccination, which involves injecting into the system infectious material which is supposed to confer lifelong immunity, hence the term "immunization."
Vaccinations are now mandatory in order for a student to enter school. Any child who is not vaccinated is not allowed into school with the reason given that that child will put all the other children at risk for disease. However, it is important to ask this question. If all the other children are vaccinated and vaccination gives immunity to the disease, how could an unvaccinated child put any of these other children at risk? Only the child himself could be at risk for the disease, and that should be the business of that particular child and his or her parents. It should be virtually impossible, if vaccinations actually work, for an unvaccinated child who may get a particular disease, to give it to other children who have been vaccinated.
But, in fact, vaccinations don't work! They are not effective! They do not give immunity! In addition, they are very dangerous!
An alarming observation comes from a London practitioner of excellent reputation and long experience. Dr. Hurbert Snow, Senior Surgeon at the Cancer Hospital of London, voiced his concern, "In recent years many men and women in the prime of life dropped dead suddenly, often after attending a feast or a banquet. I am convinced that some 80% of these deaths are caused by the vaccinations they have undergone. They are well known to cause grave and permanent disease to the heart. The coroner always hushes it up as "natural causes."
Another practitioner, Dr. W. B. Clark of Indiana, says that "Cancer was practically unknown until compulsory vaccination with cowpox vaccine began to be introduced. I have had to deal with at least two hundred cases of cancer, and I never saw a case of cancer in an unvaccinated person."
Yet the government has mandated compulsory vaccinations!
Most people trust vaccines to be safe and effective. The government is mandating children to be vaccinated at earlier and earlier ages, when they are very fragile and far more vulnerable to the introduction of foreign materials into their tiny bodies. The public and the medical profession have been totally convinced that it was the introduction of vaccinations that caused the decrease in the incidence of polio.
Polio is virtually non-existent in the United States today. However, there is no credible scientific evidence that the vaccine caused polio to disappear. Before the Salk polio vaccine was introduced in 1953, the polio death rate in the United States had already declined by 47% on its own. It had also declined by 55% in England. Other European countries also showed a similar decline. When the vaccine did become available, many European countries questioned its effectiveness and refused to inoculate their citizens. Yet polio epidemics also ended in those countries.
The number of reported cases of polio after mass inoculations with the vaccine was significantly greater than before mass inoculations. And in many states the incidence of polio more than doubled after inoculations were introduced. In Rhode Island there was a 450 % increase, and in Massachusetts almost a 650 % increase in polio cases after the introduction of polio vaccinations.
After the vaccine was introduced, cases of polio were often reported under another name, aseptic meningitis, rather than as polio, even though they were counted as "polio" before the vaccine was introduced.
In 1976 Dr. Jonas Salk, creator of the killed virus vaccine that was used throughout the 1950s testified that the live virus vaccine produced by Dr. Sabin, and which was used almost exclusively in the United States since the early 1960s, was the "principle if not sole cause" of all reported cases of polio in the United States since 1961. According to the Centers for Disease Control figures, 87% of all cases of polio in the United States between 1973 and 1983 were caused by the vaccine. It is now admitted that since 1979 virtually every case of polio in the United States has been CAUSED by the vaccine.
The same situation holds true for nearly all other diseases including diphtheria, measles, rubella, mumps and whooping cough. In virtually all of these diseases, the incidence was dropping dramatically before the introduction of the vaccine. And since the introduction of the vaccine, close to 100% of all cases of the disease are in individuals who have been vaccinated for that particular disease, proving clearly, that vaccinations are not effective and they often cause the very disease they are supposed to prevent.
It is not a mystery as to why vaccinations are not effective. First, the natural immunity mechanism in the human body is designed to work when the disease develops in its natural way. When the normal route of immune system stimulation is bypassed by injection of the microorganism (bacteria or virus) through the skin, then effective immunity against the disease does not develop. One obvious factor proving that vaccinations are not effective is that an individual has to keep getting booster shots. If a person develops polio, measles, mumps, whooping cough or any other contagious disease, he has virtual lifelong immunity from one episode of the disease. But when an individual is vaccinated, he must keep getting "booster" shots at regular intervals. The "booster" shots are "necessary" because --- vaccinations DON'T WORK! They are not effective! And neither are the "boosters." And the individual often succumbs to the very disease that he has been vaccinated to prevent, most often as a direct result of being vaccinated.
Now how about the safety of vaccines. Vaccines are grown in the laboratory in monkey kidney cells, in human cells which may be cancerous, in chick embryo and in guinea pig cells. The cells are nourished with the blood serum from calves, which may be contaminated with numerous diseases such as bovine leukemia virus, bovine AIDS virus, or other diseases that the animals may have. Chemicals such as aluminum, formaldehyde (a human carcinogen) and M.S.G are used in processing of the vaccines, and thiomerosal, a derivative of mercury and a deadly poison, is used as a preservative. These chemicals and potential diseases are all injected into your child's body or your body as part of the vaccine.
One of the earliest vaccines introduced for general use in the United States was the pertussis vaccine for whooping cough, which was put into general use during the 1940s. Autism, a form of childhood schizophrenia, characterized by mental retardation, muteness (an inability to speak) and lack of responsiveness to human contact, was not known or described until 1943, about the same time that vaccinations were introduced.
In addition, monitors placed on infants who have been vaccinated show severe alterations in breathing patterns after the DPT (Diphtheria/Pertussis/ Tetanus) shot. A precise breathing monitor called Cotwatch was used in a special study of SIDS, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, and the children's breathing patterns were measured before and after DPT vaccination. The data clearly demonstrate that vaccination caused an extraordinary increase in episodes where breathing nearly ceased or actually stopped completely! Doctor Viera Scheibner, the author of the study, concluded that "Vaccination is the single most prevalent and most preventable cause of infant deaths."
Developmental disabilities have increased dramatically since the introduction of vaccinations. And this not a mystery since post-vaccinal encephalitis, inflammation of the brain, occurs after vaccinations and can cause serious injury to the brain and nervous system. Suppression of the immune system, causing an increased susceptibility to all diseases, is another effect of vaccination.
In the 1950's another disorder rapidly spread among school children and became prominent in medical science and health literature: Hyperactivity/Minimal Brain Dysfunction (ADD, Attention Deficit Disorder or ADHD, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder). These children usually exhibit symptoms of neurological damage, frequently associated with vaccinations
Genetic mutation is also a possibility because, for example, the polio vaccine contains monkey kidney cells and calf serum. The combination of measles, mumps and rubella vaccine is prepared in chick embryo. Monkey kidney, calf serum and chick embryo are all foreign proteins to the human biological matter composed of animal cells. Because they are injected directly into the bloodstream they are able to change our genetic structure.
During the 1950s and 1960s millions of people were injected with polio vaccines that were contaminated with the SV 40 virus found in monkey kidney cells and a powerful immunosuppressor and trigger for HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.
How about flu shots? Flu vaccine is made from LAST year's flu virus so it is totally ineffective against THIS year's flu virus. No one knows what virus will be causing the flu this year, but it is almost never the same virus as last year. All of the hazards of the other vaccines are true for flu shots as well. "In 1976 more than 500 people who received their flu shots were paralyzed with Guillain Barre Syndrome, a sudden-onset paralysis that can be fatal. Thirty of these people died. During the same year, the incidence of Guillain Barre among flu-vaccinated U.S. Army personnel was 50% greater than among unvaccinated civilians ." (The Risk of Immunizations and How to Avoid Them, by Robert Mendelsohn, Ph.D.) There is also a suspicious correlation between seasonal outbreaks of Legionnaire's disease and the inoculation with flu vaccines.
Dr. John Seal of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease says that "Any and all flu vaccines are capable of causing Guillain Barre." I personally would NEVER get a flu shot nor would I ever advise anyone else to get one.
The bottom line is that the best way to develop natural immunity is to build a healthy immune system by the proper diet and lifestyle. Eating a diet of fruits, grains, vegetables, seeds and nuts that are preferably organically grown, preservative free and in a natural unprocessed state as close to nature as possible, with 75% of your food eaten raw, is optimum. Eliminate all refined sugar, all animal products including meat, poultry, fish, eggs and dairy products (including milk, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.). Fresh air, exercise, plenty of rest and relief of stress by trust in God as well as all of the other steps outlined on my video "You Can't Improve On God" are essential for health. This is the only effective way to remain free from disease. It is impossible to get sick if your immune system is functioning properly. Bacteria and viruses do NOT attack a healthy body, just as insects and plant diseases do NOT attack healthy plants.
This is startling information for a population brought up to believe that vaccinations are not only safe but life-saving. They're considered by most of the population as "American" as apple pie. How we have been deluded! But there is hope. Waivers for vaccinations are still available and you can investigate them by calling your public health department or, if that is unsuccessful, educate yourself by ordering a pamphlet called "Vaccine State Laws and Vaccine Exemptions" available from New Atlantean Press. I want to state right off the bat that I have the greatest respect for Larry Klayman and what he has done with Judicial Watch. That also goes for Mark Levin over at the Landmark Legal Foundation and Joe Farah of the Western Journalism Center & Worldnetdaily.com. This piece is not a criticism of those organizations, but rather my response to someone who called today and said they would not donate to The Wallace Institute because we are not a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status entity. He said he donates to these other organizations because they are 501(c)(3) and he gets a tax break.
Larry Becraft and I discussed this in length when we were setting up the ground rules for the institute and the goals we hope to achieve. We both decided that to become a 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity with the IRS was tantamount to sleeping with the enemy. We also had some other good reasons:
1. We will not have the government dictate who we represent or how we represent them. The real bottom line is that we know without question that the IRS is not part of the government so why would we want to voluntarily fill out their forms and subject ourselves and clients to the scrutiny of some rogue operation? To us, this idea is simply insane. This "agency" has no authority to do what they do so why should we put everything on the line for future harassment by these people?
2. Beginning in 1996, virtually every conservative organization in this country that is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity has been a target of an IRS audit. The reason is obvious but the result has been devastating. These organizations, for no other reason than being "conservative" or against the policies of the Clinton/Gore dictatorship, have had to spend tens of thousands, and in some cases, hundreds of thousands of dollars defending themselves against the insidious IRS to protect their tax-exempt status.
From Worldnetdaily (Joe Farah) to the NRA to the Heritage Foundation, you name it, they were all targets of audits. They were all cleared but their legal bills were enormous and the money had to come from somewhere out of their budgets. All of these organizations do important work and the IRS did their best to shut them down. I'm happy they didn't get their way.
The Wallace Institute will not fall into this trap and you can bet your last nickel that The Wallace Institute would be at the top of the list for an audit the minute we file the 16th Amendment lawsuit if we were a 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity. Your monthly sponsorship is hard earned money and it will not be wasted having to defend our policies and your rights to some rogue operation. Your monthly sponsorship is going to cure the cancer, not so we can get a "tax break." If you donate $10 or $1,000, that donation won't be used to fight a harassment audit by some rogue operation calling itself the IRS - it goes for legal expenses, period.
I'm real sorry that this individual that I spoke with today doesn't seem to grasp or understand this concept of not getting into bed with the Devil so he can have a "tax break." How on earth, people, are we ever going to whip these agencies of the government if everyone keeps playing ball with them? Hmm? Look at what has happened to the churches in this country after they jumped on the 501(c)(3) bandwagon? Why, they have betrayed their flocks in favor of "tax breaks." They no longer stand at the pulpit and tell the people the truth about what's going on in this country. They sleep with the enemy and they know that enemy has the power to crush them at any given moment. What a tragedy. What betrayal.
I have written letters to major foundations for sponsorship funding. Each and everyone of them have rejected our application because we are not a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status entity. They can't get their tax break if they make a donation to us. These so-called "tax breaks" aren't going to be much good if we continue to slide down the razor blade of the new world order. Think about it.
Larry and I formed this institute to pursue broad public policy issues - for you. We need your monthly sponsorship. If you won't donate because you need a "tax break," then quite frankly, I'm not sure you're serious about making the IRS go away permanently. My husband and I donate each and every month because I believe in what we're doing. If you have faith and confidence in Larry and the entire advisory board, then we look forward to your donations. FORMER IRS AGENT NOT FILING A TAX RETURN

As regular readers to this site know, Joseph Banister is a former IRS Criminal Investigator. After thoroughly researching the tax code, Joe came to the indisputable conclusion that most Americans are not required to file tax returns. Joe resigned his high-paying position with the IRS in 1999 because he could not reconcile his oath of office with the fraud being perpetrated against the American people by the very organization he worked for. I ask Joe if he would share with the people what his plans were for this tax year as relates to whether or not he would be filing an income tax return or the paying of "income" taxes. Below are my questions to Joe and his responses:
Q: April 15, 2000 is just around the corner. People are wondering whether or not, you, as a former IRS, CID agent will file an income tax return on what is traditionally known in the tax movement as "April Fools Day"?
A: I know it would be easier to answer your question with a simple yes or no. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the issues involved, the implications of my answer for all of those who will read it, and my desire to be very truthful and honest in conducting my affairs, I must include a detailed explanation with my answer. I will also try to be as specific as possible so that my intentions will be very clear.
First, please allow me to introduce myself for the benefit of those who don't know about me. After graduating from college, earning my certified public accountant certificate, and spending approximately 7 years in the private sector, I accepted an appointment as a Special Agent for the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division and was sworn in as such on November 15, 1993. In December of 1996, I heard you speaking on the radio and making what, at the time, seemed to be incredible and outrageous claims.
You claimed, among other things, that filing of federal income tax returns and the payment of federal income taxes was voluntary for most Americans. You claimed that the 16th Amendment (income tax amendment) to the U.S. Constitution was never ratified. You claimed that federal income tax money is not even used to pay the government's operating expenses. I set out to disprove your claims, because I believed at the time that you could not possibly be correct. I wondered how you could possibly be correct in claiming that the federal income tax was not compulsory for most Americans when the IRS had issued me a badge, gun, handcuffs, and other enforcement equipment to ensure that all Americans did comply.
After spending many evenings and weekends over a 2 year period carefully researching your claims, I concluded that you were telling the truth. The information you provided, and my subsequent research, led me to conclude that in order for the federal income tax to be administered within the confines of our federal Constitution, the federal income tax laws and regulations were written in such a way that comparatively few Americans are legally and constitutionally required to pay it. I also verified your claim that the 16th Amendment was never ratified and that the U.S. Government largely finances its operations with debt currency/funds rather than federal income tax revenues. These were obviously not the conclusions I expected to reach.
Nonetheless, when I reached these conclusions, I knew I had a duty to discuss them with my supervisors in the Internal Revenue Service. I gathered some of the more compelling facts and evidence supporting my conclusions about your claims and submitted them to IRS officials in the form of a report. In keeping with my oath of office, I informed IRS officials of my sincere. concern that the rights of Americans were very likely being violated and I asked them to show me the error of my analysis, if any. They rebuffed my concerns and encouraged my resignation. I resigned on February 25, 1999.
With that history in mind, I can now address your question. The last time I recall being asked to provide a public answer to the question about my own filing was on July 2, 1999 at a tax symposium held in Washington, D.C. at the National Press Club. I gave a necessarily long-winded answer on that day. I think this would be an appropriate venue to repeat my answer plus offer some additional explanations.
As you know, the IRS, the Clinton Administration, the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, the U.S. Treasury Department, the U.S. Justice Department, and other federal agencies were formally invited to the July 2nd symposium, televised nationally on C-SPAN2, to debate the conclusions of the report I submitted to the IRS as well as the conclusions of other learned researchers such as Larry Becraft, Bill Benson, Bill Conklin, and yourself. As you also know, not a single government official came to discuss, debate, or argue against our conclusions. To date, the IRS has refused to meet with me or with any of the afore-mentioned researchers or to debate the mountains of evidence pointing to the voluntary nature of the federal income tax.
Having held a C.P.A. certificate since 1991 and having worked for the IRS Criminal Investigation Division for over five years, I know the agency's expectation is that everyone should file an income tax return. Having done over three years of research into the requirements for filing federal income tax returns and paying the federal income tax, I have concluded that the statutes and regulations do not require most Americans to file federal income tax returns or pay federal income tax.
I have spent many sleepless nights wondering whether fulfilling the agency's expectation is the proper course or whether obeying the statutes and regulations is the proper course (since my findings indicate that the agency's expectation appears to me to be in conflict with the statutes and regulations). Since I have found a conflict between the agency's expectation and my good faith reading of the statutes and regulations, I must choose between them. I must choose to obey the statutes and regulations.
The statutes and regulations indicate to me that I have no federal income tax return filing requirement and no requirement to pay the federal income tax. Until I can resolve the conflict between the agency's expectation and the plain language of the statutes and regulations, I can not in good conscience file a federal income tax return. I believe that for me to file such a return without resolving this conflict, I would be committing perjury upon signing the document. My position will continue to be that I may file a federal income tax return in the future, but only if my research shows me that I am required by law to file such a return and/or the IRS helps me to understand what law requires me to file or how I can file a return without waiving any of my rights.
It is important to note that the statutory and regulatory reasons I have researched do not even take into consideration the 5th Amendment implications to the filing of federal income tax returns developed by Bill Conklin and others, the evidence of the lack of ratification of the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution investigated by Bill Benson and Red Beckman, and the opinions of all of the professionals I have consulted with who have confirmed my conclusions.
Q: The biggest fear (a mind set brutally beat into the America people by the IRS) an individual has in making the decision as to whether or not they will file, is: Will I be prosecuted and thrown in jail? Second to losing their freedom, Americans' greatly fear, as they should, the IRS simply coming in and stealing their money and other assets.
Since you have decided not to volunteer this April 15, 2000, could you please tell us what your first step was to protect your assets and deal with the IRS' first goal: getting your money? (The check you sent in- getting the money issue off the table.)
A: In order to answer your question more completely, I'd like to provide some background information. First, Americans need to understand that there is a difference between filing a federal income tax return and paying federal income tax. The two are related but they are not necessarily dependent on each other. Paying the federal income tax is done primarily through withholding out of your paycheck throughout the year or through estimated payments made every three months. Filing a federal income tax return is something that is done only once per year, and the return is used to report taxable income and to compute an income tax on that taxable income and compare the computed income tax to the amount of withholding or estimated payments. The result of the comparison is either an "amount you owe" or a "refund."
Once a person learns this information, they will likely find themselves torn between what they know to be the truth (that they are not required to file a federal income tax return or pay the federal income tax) and the fact that the truth has not prevented people from ending up in prison or losing all of their property. In my experience, the truth may not be an absolute shield against the IRS for a number of reasons. The primary reason for this is that the IRS frames the payment of income taxes in terms of paying one's "fair share" rather whether or not one has a legal duty to pay it. In a criminal prosecution for not paying taxes, the government often uses jealousy and envy to convince a jury that the accused should be convicted. The prosecutor will generally try to convince the jury that the defendant did not pay his "fair share" rather than try to convince the jury that the defendant "broke the law." The prosecutor wouldn't dream of discussing what law required the defendant to file a federal income tax return or pay the federal income tax.
Why discuss such things when the raw emotions of 12 jurors who have been stuck paying their "fair share" will obtain a guilty verdict quite nicely. In my opinion, this is the reality of income tax enforcement and for this reason, people should educate themselves and exercise extreme caution if they decide to take any action on any of this information.
As to the IRS "getting your money," I am personally less concerned with the IRS getting my money than I am concerned with the deceitful way they administer the income tax and the suspicious silence on their part when asked to clarify these issues. Based on my knowledge of the government's administrative and enforcement tactics, I realized I had to formulate a way to inform the American people about the fraudulent way the income tax is administered without having my message diluted by a government accusing me of not wanting to pay my "fair share."
I wanted to ensure that everyone understood that my opposition to the IRS isn't about opposition to taxation as much as it is about opposition to collecting taxes through fear, intimidation, deceit, and color of law. In order to accomplish this, I have written, in good faith, a check to the U.S. Treasury as a bond to cover more than the "fair share" I would have paid had I been required to file a federal income tax return, even though my research of the statutes and regulations has shown me that no payment is required. I will subsequently demand that the IRS adhere to every administrative procedure (including, but not limited to, an examination hearing and collection hearing) to determine whether or not the money I have paid to the IRS is legally theirs to keep.
After exhausting my rights to administrative due process of law and civil suit, if necessary, I will hopefully have determined once and for all whether or not I am required to file a federal income tax return and/or am liable to pay the federal income tax. If I am required to pay the federal income tax, then the IRS already has my money. If I learn during this process that I am required by law to file a federal income tax return, I will file one immediately in order to comply with the law.
Q: Last November 13, 1999, you were one of the panel members at the National Press Club in Washington, DC for Symposium II. A man named David Bosset was there and he covered his long battle with the IRS to force them to adhere to the law as it's written. The thrust of Mr. Bosset's argument is the Section 861 "source income" argument. I understand that this is the foundation for the process you have undertaken in not filing a 1040 "income" tax return. Could you please give the readers an explanation, something readable in this century! - about this 861 argument? I say something readable in this century, because as you know, Title 26 alone can take years to read.
A: One of the most concise explanations about the "861 Argument" (outside of www.taxgate.com and www.nite.org ) that I have seen was authored by F. Tupper Saussy in the January 2000 issue of Media Bypass magazine. Mr Saussy said, in pertinent part:
"No income tax is imposed upon incomes derived by United States citizens from sources within the United States. The only persons liable for a tax on income derived from sources within the United States are nonresident aliens and foreign corporations"
"There is no provision in the [Internal Revenue] Code for a tax upon the income of United States citizens living and domiciled in the United States if the income is derived from sources within the United States"
I have interviewed Mr. Bosset at length and I find him to be a very credible and honest man. He has proven to my satisfaction that he presented aspects of the "861 Argument" to the Internal Revenue Service as a basis for amending forms previously filed with the agency. He requested and received a refund for taxes previously paid in. It is my understanding that others have received refunds based on the "861 Argument" also. People can learn more about the subject at www.taxgate.com and www.nite.org .
Q: To get this straight: You will not file a 1040. You have already sent the IRS a check, which they have cashed. You will be preparing a document to submit to them prior to April 15, 2000 requesting a......hearing and working your way through the administrative process, demonstrating good will and an honest attempt to follow the law as it's written. Is this correct?
A: Yes, I can not repeat enough times that I am an honest American who has, in good faith, simply tried to determine what the mandatory tax paying obligations of the average American are. I have concluded that many of the federal income tax obligations that I previously believed to be mandatory are actually voluntary, if one can navigate the incredible maze of the Internal Revenue Code and Code of Federal Regulations. The IRS has been suspiciously silent on the matter and has refused to meet with me to discuss my obligations. In light of the Internal Revenue Service's refusal to assist me, I am left to make my decisions based on my own training, experience, and research. What else can I do? I also intend to utilize all of my rights to due process of law to get an answer to my questions, even if I have to pay for the privilege (with a check to the U.S. Treasury).
Q: I personally know the great burden and challenge your resignation from a secure government career has had on your family. However, I must say that not once have I ever regretted the fact that you heard me on Geoff Metcalf's radio show and as a result of listening to what I had to say about the 16th Amendment and the voluntary nature of the income tax, you made a horrendous life changing decision. I believe with all my heart that this was your destiny, this is what our Lord wanted you to do and while it has been hell for you at times over the past few years, millions of Americans are truly thankful for your sacrifices.
Each day more and more Americans become aware of your courage and commitment to the truth. Many would like to know what you've been doing since your resignation 15 months ago and what you'd like to do in the future - perhaps open your own consulting firm, re-enter law enforcement in some capacity?
A: The remainder of 1999 was very difficult for my family and me but because of the thoughts, prayers, and support of so many people and our faith in God's grace and goodness, we have much to be thankful for. I am confident that the truth will prevail and other honest government officials will learn about the deceitful administration of the federal income tax and speak out as I have done.

The deadline for this forced extortion exercise by the IRS is April 17, 2000. Each and every individual in this country must determine their own course and act according to their conscience. The IRS exists only to feed the magical money machine called the "Federal" Reserve Banking System. They are married and this country doesn't need either one. The Unseen Hand, the power cartel behind the scenes - they are the ones who need these two mechanisms to continue funding their global games. It must come to a halt before the system reaches the point of collapse and it will. Despite all the lies about "a prosperous economy," the day will come when the debt load can no longer be met and then the banksters will pull the plug.
This thievery must stop or America's people will never be free. Our children and grand children will remain in bondage as slaves on their knees to people who remain in the shadows, stripping our nation blind while lying politicians chant, "I'm for lower taxes" or "more money for education!" We want to fight these battles but court challenges require big bucks and the pooling of dollars will make this possible. In December 1997, I received a telephone call from a man named Joseph R. (Joe) Banister. He said that he had heard me on the radio months before alleging that the income tax was voluntary and that the 16th Amendment to the U.S Constitution was never ratified. What made Joe s telephone call especially interesting was when he told me what he did for a living since 1993, he had been employed as a Special Agent (criminal investigator) in the IRS Criminal Investigation Division (IRS-CID). Joe s job in CID was to investigate, arrest, and recommend prosecution of those who violated the federal income tax and money laundering laws. In addition to his investigative duties, Joe was the Asset Forfeiture Coordinator and Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Coordinator for the Central California District. He also assisted in the firearms and defensive tactics training programs.
Joe told me he had heard my allegations regarding the voluntary income tax and because I had spoken on a reputable radio talk show hosted by a reputable talk show host, he felt further investigation was warranted. He was very concerned about continuing to perform his law enforcement duties if the allegations were true. Joe told me that he took his oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution very seriously. He told me that he believed he had a moral and ethical duty to learn the truth. Joe told me that he wanted to get to the bottom of these allegations regarding the federal income tax and he promised that he would report his findings to his superiors and to the public if necessary, whether the allegations turned out to be true or false.
Joe feared that his superiors at the IRS would never consent to allow him government resources to investigate these allegations, serious and important though they were. Joe took it upon himself to conduct his own personal investigation off-duty, on his own personal time, and with his own personal funds. Fortunately, Joe was able to draw upon not only his experience as a criminal investigator but also his experience as a CPA when, prior to joining the Criminal Investigation Division, had helped clients comply with the federal income tax laws.
Throughout 1997 and 1998, Joe spent hundreds of hours researching whether or not the income tax is indeed a voluntary system, whether or not the 16th Amendment was ratified, and other serious issues mentioned in this website. His conclusions? The federal income tax is voluntary but illegally and unconstitutionally enforced, the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was never ratified, and federal income taxes do not provide necessary revenues for the day to day operations of the U.S. Government, but instead exist to pay interest to the central banks of the Federal Reserve.
Joe was so sure of his conclusions that he submitted a 90 page report to the Chief of the IRS Criminal Investigation Division in the Central California District with a request that IRS Commissioner Charles O. Rossotti or his designee respond to it. In less than a week, after top IRS officials in Washington were consulted, Joe was told that the IRS would not respond to his report or rebut his evidence in any way and he was told he shoud resign. This courageous federal agent sacrificed his career and reputation after learning the facts contained in this website are factual and that the IRS has been misapplying Title 26 for years. This courageous individual has come forth to tell the duped American public that filing these 1040's is indeed voluntary except for a small classification of individuals. Compelling enough for you yet?
This is very bad news for the IRS. One of their own has "gone over the hill" and is blowing the whistle on all the lies and deception heaped upon the good, decent people of this country. Perhaps after you read this 90-page report, you'll understand that BOTH political parties in Congress have been lying to you all your adult life and have stood by and allowed you to be raped and plundered by this IRS criminal cabal for the sole purpose of feeding billions to the private robber banker barons.
Joe is married with two small children. His family did everything they could to talk him out of stepping forward. They are afraid for him. Joe needs your support and while you're at it, write to your congress critter and tell them you will NEVER send another penny to the "party" until they come clean about the IRS & the un-FED. Tell them you are sick and tired and fed up with more lies like "tax cuts," "lower taxes," "10% tax break" and other such malarkey. It's all a big lie to keep YOU from finding out the truth. How many more Americans will end up in jail or in bankruptcy because of the illegal activities of the IRS?
