I spent some time today "hanging" with some fellow journalists and discovered a cool tool for Webmasters interested in providing the latest news updates ala Homer Beanfang, Carl Jenkins, etc. (Uncle Bob, you may want to go here to get a link for Y2k news. For the rest of you, there are some neat niche links as well, and you can access an ability to post these on your own Web pages from my homepage.)
For the record, however, if you want the latest on Political News, Technology News, Cyberculture Stories and "Not Ready for Primetime News," I've added permanent links to those from my site. No passwords required.

Another "Pretty Cool Find" today was this:Of course it may only be of interest to WWW historians, even those who merely wonder about the evolution of this particular means of communicating and disseminating information.
Personally, I thought it somewhat amazing, but then again--I'm a history buff, particularly when it comes to learning all I can about this phenomenon we call the Worldwide Web. A phenomenon in process, shall we say.

P.S.S., For those of you with an interest in UFO's, (Allow me to offer my opinion upfront, however: I have NO interest in this subject, but I loved the movie "Contact" and I wish Carl Sagan were still amongst us..), Vannevar Bush was allegedly part of the "Majestic 12" UFO investigation, whatever that was/is (or was/is not).
