Hello to all! I am currently looking for ministries involved in inner-city work sponsored by the Christian Churches/Churches of Christ. I am a senior at Florida Christian College, looking to graduate in May with a degree in Preaching. I will be working in Atlanta at Jesus' Place Inner city mission starting in August after serving on the staff of an archeological expedition in Jordan with Dr. Bob Smith of Florida Christian. Urban Ministry is my passion and calling, and I am looking for ways to expand the operation of Jesus' Place to include Job training, drug rehab, daycare, after school activities, etc... So, if you can think of anything your Church is doing, or if you know someone who is doing something, let me know.
