I just sent Uncle a suggestion that he post the following URL on his tip page but thought I'd post it here too. I've been troubleshooting PCs and Windows for myself, local non-profit orgs and friends since the Big Bang (I know, it really only feels that way) and this site is the very best tip, troubleshooter, fixit site on the planet in my opinion. Besides the extensive user tips and forum, the sorted links into MS's arcane bottomless pit knowledgebase are priceless. And not a banner ad in sight.

I have nothing but trouble with anything by Microsoft. I hate it. But when I tried this URL all I got was site with lots of over-lapping numbers and letters and gobbledegook. Didn't make sense.
