I have an existing ASP application with files that contain tab characters. ASPEdit doesn't know how much space a tab occupies, so editing these files with ASPEdit gets very confusing, very fast. To test this, just create a file with notepad or wordpad with tabed input and then try editing it with ASPEdit.
