I have been ordering vegetarian products and cookbooks from The Mail Order Catalogue, Summertown, TN, since about 1989 or so. They have greatly expanded their offerings in their current catalogue and are now on-line at:

Their slightly damaged bargain cookbooks are extremely good value and they also have an extensive selection of Native American and health books.
