Contact Mid-States Wool Growers Coop at 125 East 10th, South Hutchinson, Kansas, 67505, Phone 316-663-5147. If they no longer provide this service that could tell you who does. I have two lap robes and two blankets that came from the wool of sheep that I raised for 4-H nearly 45 years ago. Fond memories.

Contact Ohio Valley Natural Fibers at www.ovnf.com. They will process your fiber and spin the yarn. From there you can either learn to crochet (I have some WARM afgans made this way), or ask them to put you in touch with a weaver. Be warned, though, hiring a weaver is expensive, and if you don't have a decent amount of wool (50lbs.) so is the spinning. You can also have a quilt batt made, either with or without a cover. At any rate, if you go with these folks, you WILL get your own wool back, (complete with name tags, if you want, ie. "this quilt is Flopsy and Mopsy.")
