I heard if you have a flashpix picture file & you burn it to a cd.your able to veiw them on 3DO game systems that has photo cd capabilities.is this possiable????

No. The 3DO PhotoCD viewer will only display standard PhotoCD's. I'm not even sure if it'll display ProPhoto CD's. And I should know since I used to work for 3DO and once demo'ed the PhotoCD app. at a trade show. BTW, there is a bug in the PhotoCD app. of first rev. Panasonic 3DO players. Not really critical but it is there.
