I am assuming at this point that with stable power there have been little or no disruptions in the flow of water.

Perhaps it is too early to ask, but I am concerned about Chlorine and Flourine levels in the public drinking water. Too much Chlorine may be smellable, but Flourine is odorless. Has there been any word on possible malfunctions?
