Great. I just love downloads from MS.

They deny that this is a Y2k problem. This is precicely the same kind of date limitation that affects so many systems.

Yeah right - I have tried several times to download the latest 4.7 version of Netscape and each time it downloads right up to 100% and then doesn't write the file to my hard drive and crashes my system. I even tried the automatic update system they have and so now I have some of my netscape pieces as 4.7, but the browser itself is still 4.51.I have been tempted to open IE and see if I can download it with that. Anyone have any ideas??

I tried using I.E./Mac to download Netscape/Mac and it failed on two attempts. (I used Netscape/Win but wanted Mac as back-up for obvious reasons). Makes you suspect MS isn't keen to help people download their competition. I'm shocked!
