I love to eat the banick that we get at the overnight trips to mica bay. It tasstes great and I definatle a highlight of my week. On the otherhand I am unable to make it at home. Does anyone know the secret recipe to the treat.

Ha-ha, very funny. I accually think that banick is made out of a secret recipe from the cooks. I think that they take the plants and some of the water from the lake and purify it. Then, they turn it inot a dry mixture and then give it to the un-suspecting campers for a tasty treat that they can't wait to eat! It's got protein and everything! Banick is made from dryed lost-n-found sock puray, wich is then mixed with a pinch of dried slugs and flour. Banick is 100% all natural products and can be used for many things. It is especially great for patching wholes in cabin walls. The reason for banick, cooks were trying to be thrifty and generate more funding for grape cool-aid.
