I love to eat the banick that we get at the overnight trips to mica bay. It tasstes great and I definatle a highlight of my week. On the otherhand I am unable to make it at home. Does anyone know the secret recipe to the treat.

I believe bannock is made up mostly of processed tree bark with a pinch of moss and a few ants for seasoning.

Ha-ha, very funny. I accually think that banick is made out of a secret recipe from the cooks. I think that they take the plants and some of the water from the lake and purify it. Then, they turn it inot a dry mixture and then give it to the un-suspecting campers for a tasty treat that they can't wait to eat! It's got protein and everything! That is banick, and I am keeping my word. I leaerned this from Stumpy the Deer. He's told me all the camp secrets. Colosians 3:16

Banick is made from dryed lost-n-found sock puray, wich is then mixed with a pinch of dried slugs and flour. Banick is 100% all natural products and can be used for many things. It is especially great for patching wholes in cabin walls. The reason for banick, cooks were trying to be thrifty and generate more funding for grape cool-aid. (But the truth be told, banick is nothing more than flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, and a smidgen of baking powd
