Something my grandma used to make alot. Not really a recipe. Wash feet. Salt and pepper. Place in crock pot or slow cooker, or double up the grate on stove top to cook slowly. Cover with suerkraut onions and caraway, then a layer of potatoes. Add some broth or water to cover feet about half way.(sauerkraut and potatoes should not be submerged) Cook till tender. Potatoes will just about melt, making a creamy sauerkraut. Sue
