How can you hull sunflowers rapidly?

Answers

You can run them through a flour mill set coarsely, and if you get it set right it will crack many or most of the sunflower seed hulls, saving much of the labor of hand shelling them. It's not perfect and will also crack some of the seeds, but if you already have a flour mill it is worth trying.
