Interesting info, but looks like this was written a while ago. Says "copyright 1997" at the bottom, and they talk about p/e ratios currently being high at 19. According to the trusty Bloomberg on my desk the p/e for the dow is currently 24.63, and the p/e of the s&p is just a hair over 30.
