I am writing a thesis entitled "Empowered Work Teams in a Union Environment". The focus of my research is to determine what level of success can be achieved with teams in a union shop. I have found many success story case studies but have yet to find any that outline the failure of teams in a union environment. I need to balance my research and look at both sides. Please respond with any known examples or case studies where empowered teams were not successful due to the union environment.
