Friend works for Nextel - designs towers. Tried to use a new y2k compliant spread sheet program recently. Came up all cross hatches. Couldn't get it to work. Suddenly the light comes on. A common, widely used software program -a little thing, no big deal - just an aggrevation. But he was dead in the water because of it. He sat there multipying in his head all the possibilites. I think he is now officially GI.
