Does anyone out there know of a magazine that deals strictly with black and white printing and processing??? I'm from Canada and don't know of any published in my country.

Never heard of a magazine that deals strictly with black and white printing and processing. It's probably too narrow of a subject to support a magazine. There are, however, some magazines that regularly devote space to the subject. Try Photo Techniques, a bi-monthly that has a regular section called Master Printing Class (or something like that) which is written by excellent photographers such as John Sexton. View Camera magazine also features a lot of articles on printing, and I assume its sister publication, Camera Arts, does too. If your goal is to totally immerse yourself in writings about printing and processing there are zillions of books on the subject. But in my opinion you would be better off getting into the darkroom and trying it yourself! I'm assuming of course that you know the basic procedures. Good luck.

Actually, there is a new magazine out called "Black and White Magazine." It's now in its third issue. It's a beautiful publication catering to collectors of fine art black and white photography. There are interesting articles i it, but it's too new to tell whether or not they will get heavy into printing and processing discussions. If you're interested, the address is:Black and White Magazine C/O Picturama Publishing PO Box 700 Arroyo Grande CA 93421-9978 Phone: 805-489-3934
Other than that, Photo Techniques is an excellent, established source of information.

Debbie, The magazine Black & White is a great magazine, but I don't think they'll be getting into any in depth articles on printing and processing, it's pretty much for the collector of B&W images. Darkroom Tech and Camera Arts are the only two on the market that might help you in your quest.
