How do I get rid of the pesky things? I know the Desktop, Desktop DB and Desktop DF files are necessary. But I have garbage building up from a bunch of other programs too!

I have over 8 meg of invisible files on my desktop. If anyone out there has any information to help me out I'd appreciate it.
